工作内容: Job content: 1.安全 0 事故管理； Ensure safety, no accident; 2.按照周期性维护计划、预防维护计划带领班组对设备进行维护保养； Lead the team to maintain the equipment according to the periodic maintenance plan and preventive maintenance plan. 3.日常点检并对报修的修理票进行快速处理，并及时上报需要的备品备件； Daily inspection, quickly handling repair tickets that need to be repaired and timely reporting of required spare parts. 4.按照点检计划带领班组对设备进行点检并做好点检表的记录； According to the inspection plan to lead the team to check the equipment and make a record of the checklist. 5.协助系长编制点检表和新设备的导入相关工作； Assist the supervisor to prepare the checklist and import the new equipment. 6.月度故障维修时间的真实有效统计并上报； To report and count the maintenance time of the monthly failure reliably and effectively. 7.带领班组进行人员教育、培训、岗位能力提升； Lead the team to carry out education, training and position improvement. 8.对现场提出的改善项目进行电气和机械方面的改善，必要时协助外协单位共同完成； Improve the electrical and mechanical aspects of the proposed improvement projects Ｏn site and assist external companies to complete. 9.设备问题持续改进具体有效实施； Concrete and effective implementation of continuous improvement of equipment problems. 10.完成其他交待的任务、配合其他部门的工作； Complete other tasks assigned by leaders, and cooperate with other departments. 任职资格: Qualification: ◆职高﹑技校类中专学历 Vocational or technical school secondary education ◆受过专业培训（持低压维修上岗证） Received professional training (Holding a Low voltage maintenance work license.) ◆按实际需要进行行车、叉车、登高培训等 According to the actual situation for driving, forklift, climbing training, etc. ◆接受过安全、5S、环境知识方面的培训 Received training in safety, 5S, and environmental knowledge. ◆相关工作3年以上，熟悉本岗位相关的知识及环境因素； Have related working experience more than 3 years, familiar with the knowledge and environmental factors related to the position. ◆掌握设备基础知识及电气维修，维护保养的知识基，能解决日常基本设备故障，PLC编程； Master basic knowledge of equipment, electrical repair and maintenance; Be able to deal with the daily basic equipment failure and can do PLC programming. ◆独立操作行车、叉车、电焊等； Be able to operate cranes, forklifts and electric welding independently. ◆认真负责，工作积极，有责任心； Conscientious, active and responsible; ◆爱学习，重团队合作精神。 Learning actively, focus Ｏn teamwork; ◆待人热忱，吃苦耐劳。 Treat people with enthusiasm and hard work.
