一、工作职责
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.在公司整体企业文化框架下,推动业务部门内部团队的建设,营造良好的员工关系,防范与处理劳资风险;
Within the framework of the company's overall corporate culture, promote the construction of internal teams in business departments, build good employee relations, prevent and deal with labor risks;
2.根据公司及部门需求,协助上级制定部门招聘计划,并独立开展招聘工作,负责招聘渠道的开拓和维护,负责各个岗位面试的实施、协调、评估和结果跟进;
According to the needs of the company and the department, assist the superior to make the department recruitment plan, and independently carry out recruitment work, responsible for the expansion and maintenance of recruitment channels, responsible for the implementation, coordination, evaluation and follow-up results of interviews for various positions;
3.配合其他业务部门工作,协助部门团队管理及建设,员工情况跟进,员工关系建立及维护;
Cooperate with other business departments, assist in department team management and construction, follow up employee situation, establish and maintain employee relationship;
4.推动雇主品牌建设,包括不限于文化内刊、网站建设、微信公众号建立与维护等;
Promote employer brand building, including but not limited to cultural magazine, website construction, establishment and maintenance of wechat official account, etc.
5.协助部门完善绩效管理制度、搭建人员岗位发展通道、逐步建立培训体系。
Assist the department to improve the performance management system, set up the personnel post development channel, and gradually establish the training system.
6.负责完善沟通渠道,深入业务线各部门,与各层级员工交流互动。
Responsible for improving communication channels, penetrating into all departments of the business line, and communicating and interacting with employees at all levels.
7. 公司及部门安排的其他相关工作。
Other related work arranged by company and department.
二、任职要求
教育背景:
Educational Background:
◆ 统招本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above.
培训经历:
Training experience:
◆受过人力资源管理岗位培训,上岗前接受岗位业务培训。
Trained in human resource management and accept job training before taking up the post
◆接受体系相关知识培训
Accept knowledge training related to system
经 验:
Experience:
◆3年以上制造型企业人力资源相关经验
Minimum 3 years’ experiences in human resource of MNC
技能技巧:
Skills:
◆Familiar with national labor management laws and regulations, familiar with human resource management practices ;
熟悉国家劳动管理相关法规,熟悉人力资源管理各项实务流程;
◆ Mature, Self-motivated, enthusiasm, open and can working independently under pressures;
成熟,积极主动有激情,心态开放,能在压力下独立工作;
◆ Good interpersonal communication skills and team work spirit,kind and keep learning.
良好的人际交流技巧、团队合作精神以及亲和力,保持学习。
◆Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English;
优秀的中英文沟通表达能力;
◆ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
优秀的办公软件应用能力(Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT);
